Kileaiya, because you're gorgeous, I'd do anything for you. You're weirdness incarnate, gal, but come to think of it, you're all right. Damn! This entry can't do you justice. Keep it up, Mug! [The Red Baron]. I love Ki because she's so incredibly awesome. Not only is she a good friend, but she's an awesome person. (and a great rper). 2007-09-03 [The Red Baron]: People, I hate to bring sad tidings, but I talked with Mug's (Mug being Ki) mum today and she informed me that she's hospitalized and rather ill (I won't divulge details on her medical condition, though).
So please, let's offer prayers to God on her behalf, wishing her a speedy recovery, and hoping that she once again returns to us safe and sound.

I wasn't just selling cheap words when I wrote that stuff about her, I really meant it.
I used to use her story (with permission) as an anecdote for my patients. I never viewed her as disabled or anything; and she was fiercely defended by yours truly from any badmouthing or other insults...
I'll miss the ol' rascal.

After Jordan's accident, her family spent months living there to be near Jo. It's a wonderful resource for families with loved ones who are in need of long term care.
Jordan's favourite colours were purple and yellow, and while she preferred live plants over cut flowers, she was partial to red roses.

2007-09-11 [Lothuriel]: No. I just don't seem to be able to express my grief the way I normally would. I have not be affected physically but,her death has weighed heavily on my mind. I already missed talking to her but, it was ok because I knew she would be back around. I think it is hardest for me because I feel like I had abandoned in her in many ways.

Idiotic as I was, I thought I had lost that number back in Lebanon and didn't call her.

I've been smoking like a chimney this past week and a cough that was healing from a bacterial infection swivelled down the drain to a cough worse than Grievous'.
I always dispensed medical advice to her.
In her last message, she told me not to worry about her, that "She's OK really, just didn't have time to log on"...
I'll miss her.
Ramadan is coming, and during that month, the doors of Heaven are wide open, the doors of Hell are shut, and the daemons are shackled. Followers of my creed fast during this holy month and it is said that while we fast, our prayers are answered.
I will pray for her soul during this month, this I swear.

What the heck, it gave us something in common and it was easy to start conversation. I am glad that silly thing existed. I met one of the most incredible people ever, I only wish I could have known her better. While I have a busy life and do not think of her every day, Baron, I do think of her often. You are not alone in this. I love that video, Elysiann turned us all on to it, I believe. I can't watch it without crying like a fool. Serious, big tears, few things get that response from me. Thank you all for keeping her memory alive.

We all miss ya, Hun. Sorry I didn't get to comment a whole lot earlier. I've had a really tough year and been in and out of the hospital myself. I'll never forget her for helping me endure my medical issues with a smile and an optimistic attitude. We could talk to each other about our stories and she was such a brave soul. I'd never even met her and I cried so hard when I found out... That's gotta say something, right?

When checking the comments I saw her mother explained more of what exactly happened after the accident. Something I never got to figure out. It was good to hear her voice in the video, she sounds so happy.

Thank you. We lost her because of complications from an auto accident we had in 2001. The accident severed her spinal cord and aorta, broke and pulled her back six inches apart, leaving her paralyzed. The aorta had to be grafted, and later she had to have a bypass when doctors attempted to pull her back together, the aorta kinked (causing loss of blood flow). This caused continuous complications (she lost both legs before her death)and eventually caused her death.
